Nahezu jeder Marathonläufer setzt sich eine Zeit für den Marathonlauf zum Ziel.

Damit du dieses Ziel auch während des Marathons immer unter Kontrolle hast, solltest du Kilometer für Kilometer darauf achten, dass du deine Pace einhältst.

Hilfreich ist da eine Tempotabelle, anhand dieser du genau erkennen kannst, welche Pace du laufen musst und welche Durchgangszeit du nach jedem Kilometer einhalten sollst.
