The competitions and rules:
- Challenge 1: Complete as many as possible positive vertical meters (uphill) in one hour.
- If your activity was longer than one hour, please take the average for one hour. Example: If you have climbed 600 meters of altitude in 3 hours, your result is "200 meters of altitude" (600 divided by 3).
