The task of Streak Running is very simple. You have to go running every day and cover a distance of at least one mile, which is equivalent to 1.609 kilometers. There are no other requirements. The world records in Streak Running

Former top runner Ron Hill ran continuously every day from 1964 to 2017. In total, that was more than 52 years or exactly 19,032 running days. During this period he also celebrated great successes. In 1969, for example, he became European marathon champion in Athens. On January 29, 2017, he ended his streak running series due to health problems.
